How to add your DPD contract

If you already have a direct contract with DPD, you can link it to your Swotzy account and ship using your own negotiated rates.

This article provides step-by-step instructions for linking your DPD contract to your Swotzy account by using your DPD username and password. Once linked, you can create shipments with DPD services under your own contract terms. For help, contact Swotzy technical support.

 

Before you start

To link your DPD contract, you will need:

  • DPD username

  • DPD password

These are the same credentials you use to log in to your DPD dashboard. No additional API keys are required.

Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy account

Log in to your account at app.swotzy.com using your Swotzy credentials.

 

Step 2: Open “Link own contract”

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Link own contract.

  2. You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.

Here you can view your existing carrier contracts and add new ones.

 

Step 3: Select DPD

In the Link your own contract section:

  1. Open the carrier dropdown menu.

  2. Select DPD.

The DPD contract form will appear automatically.

 

Step 4: Enter your DPD credentials

Fill in the following fields:

  • Username – your DPD login username

  • Password – your DPD login password

 

Step 5: Submit and confirm

Click Submit to link your contract.

If the credentials are correct, your DPD contract will appear under Your Carrier Contracts in the same section.

 

Step 6: Create shipments using your DPD contract

  1. Click Create Shipment.

  2. Choose a DPD shipping service.

DPD services will be shown as “Per your own contract”, meaning your direct DPD agreement is applied.
