How to add your Unisend contract

Before you start

To link your Unisend contract, you will need:

• Username
• Password

These are the same credentials you use to log in to your Unisend portal. No additional API keys are required.

A €0.12 fee per shipped parcel applies to all shipments sent with your own carrier contract.

Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy account

Log in to your account at app.swotzy.com using your Swotzy credentials.

Step 2: Open “Link own contract”

1. In the left-hand menu, click Link own contract.
2. You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.

Here you can view your existing carrier contracts and add new ones.

Step 3: Select Unisend

In the Link your own contract section:

1. Open the carrier dropdown menu.
2. Select Unisend.

The Unisend contract form will appear automatically.

Step 4: Enter your Unisend contract details

Fill in the following fields:

• Contract Name – for example, My Unisend Contract
• Country – optional (leave empty to apply to all countries)
• Username – your Unisend portal username
• Password – your Unisend portal password

Step 5: Submit and confirm

Click Submit to link your contract.

If the credentials are correct, your Unisend contract will appear under Your Carrier Contracts in the same section.

Step 6: Create shipments using your Unisend contract

1. Click Create Shipment.
2. Choose a Unisend shipping service.

Unisend services will be shown as “Per your own contract”, meaning your direct Unisend agreement rates are applied.
