How to add your Venipak contract

Before you start

To link your Venipak contract, you will need:

• Username – the same login you use at https://venipak.com

• Password – the same password you use at https://venipak.com

• API ID – found in your Venipak portal under User → API ID

Make sure you are using credentials from the Venipak business portal.

Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy account

Log in to your account at app.swotzy.com using your Swotzy credentials.

Step 2: Open “Link own contract”

1. In the left-hand menu, click Link own contract.

2. You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.

Here you can view your existing carrier contracts and add new ones.

Step 3: Select Venipak

In the Link your own contract section:

1. Open the carrier dropdown menu.

2. Select Venipak.

The Venipak contract form will appear automatically.

Step 4: Enter your Venipak credentials

Fill in the following fields:

• Username – your Venipak portal login

• Password – your Venipak portal password

• API ID – found in your Venipak portal under User → API ID

Step 5: Submit and confirm

Click Submit to link your contract.

If the credentials are correct, your Venipak contract will appear under Your Carrier Contracts in the Swotzy platform.

Step 6: Create shipments using your Venipak contract

1. Click Create Shipment.

2. Choose a Venipak shipping service.

Venipak services will be shown as “Per your own contract”, meaning your direct Venipak agreement rates are applied.
