How to add Your Omniva contract

You can link your direct Omniva contract to your Swotzy account using your API credentials, allowing you to ship at your negotiated rates. After entering your contract details in the dashboard, Omniva services appear as “Per your contract,” with a €0.12 fee per shipped parcel using your own contract.

 

Before you start

To link your Omniva contract, you’ll need Web API credentials from Omniva.

Contact your Omniva account manager or email:

Ask for the following credentials:

  • API Client ID

  • API Client Secret

 

Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy dashboard

Log in to your account at app.swotzy.com using your Swotzy credentials.

 

Step 2: Open “Link Own Contract”

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Link Own Contract.

  2. You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.

Here you can view your existing carrier contracts and add new ones.

 

Step 3: Select Omniva

In the Link your own contract section:

  1. Open the carrier dropdown menu.

  2. Select Omniva.

The Omniva contract form will appear automatically.

 

Step 4: Enter Omniva contract details

Fill in the following fields:

  • Contract Name – for example, My Omniva Contract

  • API Client ID – provided by Omniva

  • API Client Secret – provided by Omniva

 

Step 5: Submit and confirm

Click Submit to link your contract.

If the credentials are correct, your Omniva contract will appear under Your Carrier Contracts in the same section.

 

 

Step 6: Create shipments using your Omniva contract

  1. Click Create Shipment.

  2. Choose an Omniva shipping service.

Omniva services will be shown as “Per your contract”, meaning your own Omniva rates are applied.
