If you have a direct contract with UPS, you can link it to your Swotzy account and ship using your own negotiated rates.
This article explains how to link your UPS contract to the Swotzy platform, detailing required credentials, step-by-step instructions for entering your contract information, and how to create shipments using your UPS rates. For support, contact Swotzy’s technical team.
Once successfully linked, UPS services will display your negotiated contract prices directly in the Swotzy platform when creating shipments.
Before you start
To link your UPS contract, you will need:
UPS Username
UPS Password
UPS Account Number
(If applicable) EKLLS Key – if you have special discounts through UPS Latvia
If you are using UPS API access, make sure your account is active in the UPS Developer Portal:

If you are unsure whether API access is enabled, contact your UPS account manager.
Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy account
Log in at app.swotzy.com using your Swotzy credentials.
Step 2: Open “Link own contract”
In the left-hand menu, click Link own contract.
You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.
Step 3: Select UPS
Open the carrier dropdown menu.
Select UPS.
The UPS contract form will appear.
Step 4: Enter your UPS contract details
Fill in the following fields:
Contract Name – for example, My UPS Contract
Country – optional (leave empty to apply to all countries)
Username – your UPS login username
Password – your UPS login password
Account Number – your UPS shipping account number
EKLLS Key – optional (if provided by UPS Latvia)
Step 5: Submit and confirm
Click Submit to link your contract.
If the credentials are correct, your UPS contract will appear under Your Carrier Contracts in the Swotzy platform.
Step 6: Create shipments using your UPS contract
Click Create Shipment.
Select a UPS shipping service.
UPS services will display your negotiated contract prices directly in the Swotzy platform.
