How to add your Latvijas Pasts / Express Pasts contract – Help Center

This article provides step-by-step instructions for linking a “Līgums par pasta pakalpojumiem” contract to Swotzy, including required API keys, IP whitelisting (13.50.209.50), and contract details. Users must provide at least one API key, pay €0.12 per shipped parcel, and can then create shipments using their own contract rates.

Before you start

Before linking your contract, please make sure:

The contract you intend to use is “Līgums par pasta pakalpojumiem”.

You will also need:

API key for Latvijas Pasts (Regular Key)
API key for Express Pasts (Express Key)

⚠️ Important:

API keys for Latvijas Pasts and Express Pasts are different.
Do not confuse them with Mans Pasts API keys — that is a separate integration.
You must use API keys available in the Express Pasts portal:
https://express.pasts.lv/

IP Whitelisting Requirement

To successfully link your contract, you must whitelist Swotzy’s server IP address inside your Express Pasts portal.

The IP address that must be whitelisted is:

13.50.209.50

Without IP whitelisting, the integration will not work.

Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy dashboard

Step 2: Open “Link Own Contract”

In the left-hand menu, click Link Own Contract.
You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.

Here you can view your existing carrier contracts and add new ones.

Step 3: Select Latvijas Pasts

In the Link your own contract section:

Open the carrier dropdown menu.
Select Latvijas Pasts / Express Pasts.

The contract form will appear automatically.

Step 4: Enter contract details

Fill in the following fields:

Contract Name – for example, My Latvijas Pasts Contract
Regular Key – your Latvijas Pasts API key
Express Key – your Express Pasts API key

Both keys are optional individually, but at least one must be provided depending on which services you use.

Note:
A €0.12 fee per shipped parcel applies when using your own carrier contract.

Step 5: Submit and confirm

Click Submit to link your contract.

If the credentials are correct and the IP address has been properly whitelisted, your contract will appear under Your Carrier Contracts.

Step 6: Create shipments using your contract

Click Create Shipment.
Choose a Latvijas Pasts or Express Pasts shipping service.

Services will be shown as “Per your contract”, meaning your own contract rates are applied.
