How to add your Nova Post contract

Before you start

To link your Nova Post contract, you will need:

• API Key
• Domestic Contract Number
• International Contract Number

To get these details, contact your Nova Post account manager.

A €0.12 fee per shipped parcel applies to all shipments sent with your own carrier contract.

Request your details from Nova Post

Send this email to your Nova Post account manager. Replace the text in square brackets with your own details.

Subject: Nova Post API key for linking our contract to Swotzy

Hello [Account manager's name],

We want to link our Nova Post contract to the Swotzy shipping platform. To do this, we need the following details for our Nova Post account:

• API Key
• Domestic Contract Number
• International Contract Number

Company name: [Company name]

Thank you,
[Your name]
[Company name]

Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy account

Log in to your account at app.swotzy.com using your Swotzy credentials.

Step 2: Open “Link own contract”

1. In the left-hand menu, click Link own contract.
2. You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.

Here you can view your existing carrier contracts and add new ones.

Step 3: Select Nova Post

In the Link your own contract section:

1. Open the carrier dropdown menu.
2. Select Nova Post.

The Nova Post contract form will appear automatically.

Step 4: Enter your Nova Post contract details

Fill in the following fields:

• Contract Name – for example, My Nova Post Contract
• Country – optional (leave empty to apply to all countries)
• API Key – provided by your Nova Post account manager
• Domestic Contract Number – your Nova Post domestic contract number
• International Contract Number – your Nova Post international contract number

Step 5: Submit and confirm

Click Submit to link your contract.

If the details are correct, your Nova Post contract will appear under Your Carrier Contracts in the same section.

Step 6: Create shipments using your Nova Post contract

1. Click Create Shipment.
2. Choose a Nova Post shipping service.

Nova Post services will be shown as “Per your own contract”, meaning your direct Nova Post agreement rates are applied.
