How to add your Smartposti contract

Before you start

To link your Smartposti contract, you will need:

• Username
• Customer Number
• Password

To get these details, contact your Smartposti account manager.

A €0.12 fee per shipped parcel applies to all shipments sent with your own carrier contract.

Request your details from Smartposti

Send this email to your Smartposti account manager. Replace the text in square brackets with your own details.

Subject: Smartposti account details for linking our contract to Swotzy

Hello [Account manager's name],

We want to link our Smartposti contract to the Swotzy shipping platform. To do this, we need the following details for our Smartposti account:

• Username
• Customer Number
• Password

Company name: [Company name]

Thank you,
[Your name]
[Company name]

Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy account

Log in to your account at app.swotzy.com using your Swotzy credentials.

Step 2: Open “Link own contract”

1. In the left-hand menu, click Link own contract.
2. You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.

Here you can view your existing carrier contracts and add new ones.

Step 3: Select Smartposti

In the Link your own contract section:

1. Open the carrier dropdown menu.
2. Select Smartposti.

The Smartposti contract form will appear automatically.

Step 4: Enter your Smartposti contract details

Fill in the following fields:

• Contract Name – for example, My Smartposti Contract
• Username – provided by your Smartposti account manager
• Customer Number – provided by your Smartposti account manager
• Password – provided by your Smartposti account manager

Step 5: Submit and confirm

Click Submit to link your contract.

If the details are correct, your Smartposti contract will appear under Your Carrier Contracts in the same section.

Step 6: Create shipments using your Smartposti contract

1. Click Create Shipment.
2. Choose a Smartposti shipping service.

Smartposti services will be shown as “Per your own contract”, meaning your direct Smartposti agreement rates are applied.
