How to integrate Shopify with Swotzy

Result After Integration

Once connected:

• All new Shopify orders are automatically imported into Swotzy

• Customer delivery details are transferred automatically

• No manual data entry is required

• You can immediately select a courier service and generate shipping labels

Before You Start

Make sure that:

• Your Shopify store is active

• You have a Swotzy account

If you don’t have a Swotzy account yet, register at app.swotzy.com.

Step 1 — Open the Integrations Section

1. Log in to your Swotzy account

2. In the left-hand menu, click Integrations

3. Select Stores

This will take you to the section where you can connect your e-commerce store.

Step 2 — Connect Shopify

1. In the Integrations section, click the Shopify logo

2. You will be redirected to the Shopify App Store

3. Click Install

4. Log in to your Shopify account

5. Click Install app to approve the connection

Your Shopify store is now connected to Swotzy.

Step 3 — Verify Order Import

1. In Swotzy, go to Shipment Overview

2. You will see imported orders from Shopify

3. Orders imported from Shopify are marked with the Shopify logo in the Source column

To process a shipment:

• Open the order

• Add any missing shipment details (if required)

• Select a courier service

• Generate the shipping label
