How to manually create a shipment on the Swotzy platform – Help Center

Creating your first shipment on Swotzy takes just 3-5 minutes. Our intuitive platform guides you through each step.

It's simple:
1. Enter addresses → 2. Add package details → 3. Choose a carrier → Ship

That's it! The platform does the heavy lifting – finding the best carrier options and prices, calculating prices, and generating your shipping label.

What you'll need (have these ready)

📍 Addresses:

☐ Sender's full address
☐ Recipient's full address

📦 Package info:

☐ Dimensions: length × width × height (in cm)
☐ Weight (in kg)

📱 Contact details:

☐ Phone numbers for both sender and recipient
☐ Email addresses (optional but recommended)

📄 For international shipments only:

☐ Product description
☐ HS code (customs classification)
☐ Product value

Let's create your first shipment

To initiate the process of a new shipment preparation manually:

Go to app.swotzy.com and log in to your account.
Navigate to the platform section labeled Create Shipment (large, yellow button in the top right corner of the page).

1. Choose your delivery method

You'll see three options at the top of the page.

Courier Delivery
To Parcel Locker
Pallets

Click on the one you prefer.

2. Fill in the address fields

Swotzy will automatically add your address in the Ship From section, but you can edit it if you're shipping from a different address.

3. Add package information

Fill in the information fields using the metric measurement system and add any additional packages.

4. Choose a carrier service

On the right-hand side, you'll see all the available carrier services for your shipment. Pick the one that you want and click on the Create Label button.

5. Create a label

Check if the information is correct and download the shipping label to attach to your package.

If you choose to ship with a courier, you can easily Schedule a Pickup at the time most convenient for you.

When choosing the delivery option Pallets, it's possible to arrange heavy shipments of various sizes. Pallet shipments are picked up and delivered by a courier.
