How to delete or archive shipments

Keep your shipments list organized by deleting or archiving shipments you no longer need. Learn the difference and when to use each option.

Delete vs. archive: which should you use?

💡 When in doubt, use Archive instead of Delete. You can always delete archived shipments later if needed.
 

When you can delete or archive

You can delete/archive:

✅ Draft shipments (not yet sent to carrier)

✅ Completed deliveries

✅ Cancelled shipments

✅ Test shipments

You cannot delete/archive:

❌ Shipments currently in transit (cancel them first)

❌ Shipments with pending payments
 

How to

Step 1: Go to shipments

1. Log in to app.swotzy.com
2. You can manage your shipments from the dashboard

Step 2: Select Shipments

• Check the box on the left side of one or more shipments
• Or use Select all at the top

Step 3: Click archive or delete

1. Once selected, the Archive or Delete buttons appears above the table
2. Click and confirm your action

✅ Done! Your shipments are now archived and deleted from the main list.
