Method 1:

Schedule a Free Courier Pickup 🚚

Best for: Multiple parcels or when you're unable to leave your location.

The easiest way to hand over your parcels. The courier arrives at your shipping address at your preferred time.

How it works:

1. After creating your shipment, go to the Pickups section
2. Click on Schedule Pickup
3. Choose your preferred date and time window
4. Add pickup address and contact details
5. Confirm your pickup request

💡 Pro tip: You can schedule pickups for multiple parcels at once. Group your shipments by carrier to save time.

Drop off at a parcel locker 📦

Best for: 24/7 convenience and contactless delivery.

Drop off your parcel at any time that suits you - parcel lockers are available around the clock.

How it works:

1. Choose the Parcel Locker shipment method tab

2. Create your shipment and print the generated label

3. Scan the QR code or enter the drop-off code from your shipping label
4. Place the parcel in the open compartment and done!

Visit a physical location post office or service point, during business hours to hand over your parcel to staff.

How it works:
1. Find the nearest drop-off location on the carrier's website
2. Bring your labeled parcel during business hours
3. Hand it to the staff member
4. Get a receipt (optional but recommended)
