Forming the pallet shipment on the platform

To start processing a new shipment:

• Go to app.swotzy.com and log in to your account.
• Navigate to the Create Shipment section (large, yellow button in the top right corner of the page).

1. Choose the shipment method - Pallets

To process a pallet shipment, select the option - Pallets.

2. Enter Sender's information

In the Ship From section, you can enter information about the package sender (either yourself or your company) by:

• Selecting from the saved address book
• Manually entering the sender's address

When entering a new sender's address manually, some information is automatically filled in.
Make sure it is filled in correctly!

Fields to fill out:

• Your full name / company name: The name that will appear on official shipment documents, including the shipment label.
• Sender's phone number: Provide a contact number to reach you regarding the specific shipment (for our team or the courier).
• Sender's address: Street address, apartment or house number (if applicable), City, Postal code.

3. Enter Recipient's information

Just like entering sender information, you can also enter recipient information by:

• Choosing from your address book
• Entering it manually

When entering a new recipient's address manually, some information is automatically filled in.
Make sure it is filled in correctly!

Fields to fill out:

• Recipient's full name / company name: The name that will appear on official shipment documents, including the shipment label.
• Recipient's phone number: Provide a contact number to reach them regarding the specific shipment (for our team or the courier).
• Recipient's address: Street address, apartment or house number (if applicable), City, Postal code.

If you want to save the manually entered address to your address book, check the box labeled Save Recipient Address at the bottom of the section.

4. Define pallet parameters

• Choose the required pallet size from the available options.
• Enter the total height and weight of the shipment.
• If the shipment is intended to be sent outside Latvia, also provide product information.
• If the pallet contains more than one product, define how many separate packages are placed on the pallet by entering the number in the Shipment Load Count field.

5. Choose the best courier service offer.

Once all necessary information about the package sender, recipient, and the shipment itself is filled out, it's time to evaluate courier service offers, which you'll find on the right side of the screen.

• Choose your preferred courier delivery service by clicking on it.
• Generate the shipment label by clicking the yellow Create Label button.
• After generating the shipment label, a new window will open displaying a summary of the processed shipment.
• From the summary view, you can immediately download the shipment label - Download Label, and/or request a free courier pickup - Schedule a Pickup.

You can generate both the shipment labels and schedule couriers later for multiple processed shipments simultaneously.
