Creating a new shipment for delivery to a parcel locker

Parcel lockers offer convenient 24/7 pickup options for your customers. This guide shows you how to create a parcel locker shipment in Swotzy step-by-step.

Step 1: Start creating a shipment

1. Log in to your Swotzy account at app.swotzy.com
2. Click + Create Shipment button in the top right corner
3. Click on the big To Parcel Locker button

Step 2: Choose how you want to select a parcel locker

On Swotzy, there are two options:

1. Show All Parcel Shops

This will be the first option that appears. Here you can pick a carrier and search for a parcel shop manually.

2. Find Nearest Parcel Shop

When you click on the search option again, you’ll see the option to add your customer’s address. Fill it in to see all the closest parcel shops to your customer. You also have the option to select which carriers you want to work with.

To find the closest parcel shops to your customer:

1. Fill in the recipient details:

• Name: Customer's full name
• Phone Number: Required for parcel locker delivery notifications
• Email: (Optional) For tracking updates
• Address: Enter the customer's address and postal code
• Company: (Optional) Leave blank for personal deliveries

2. Add your package information

Fill in the package information: length, width, height, weight.

Step 3: Select the parcel locker you want

Once you fill in the necessary information, Swotzy displays available pickup points:

• Parcel locker name and location
• Distance from recipient's address (e.g., 971m, 1.28km)
• Estimated delivery time (EDT)
• Price (excl. VAT)

Select the parcel locker by clicking on your preferred option.

💡 Choose lockers within 1-2km of the customer's address for best convenience.

💡 Before sending your package, please make sure it fits your carrier's size and weight limits.
