Creating a new shipment for delivery to a parcel locker

To start arranging a new shipment:

Go to app.swotzy.com and log in to your account.

Navigate to the Create Shipment section (large yellow button in the top right corner of the page).

1. Choose the shipment method - delivery to a parcel locker

To create a shipment with delivery to a parcel locker, select the option - To Parcel Locker.

2. Enter Sender's information

In the Ship From section, you can enter information about the package sender (either yourself or your company):

• From the saved address library;
• Enter the sender's address manually.

When entering a new sender's address manually, some information is automatically filled in.
Make sure it is filled in correctly!

Fields to be filled in:

• Your name / company name: The name that will appear on official shipment documents, including the shipment label.
• Sender's phone number: Provide a contact phone number to reach you regarding the specific shipment (for our team or the courier service).
• Sender's address: Street address, apartment number (if applicable), City, Postal code.

3. Choose the most appropriate parcel locker

In the Ship To section for delivery to a parcel locker, you can create the shipment in three different ways:

• By selecting a specific parcel locker from your saved address library (if you have saved it previously).
• By selecting a specific courier and the location of the parcel locker.
• By entering the recipient's address and searching for the nearest parcel locker to the specified address.

If you know the specific parcel locker to which you want to deliver

• Choose the delivery country in the Select a Country section.

• Choose the desired courier brand in the Carrier section.
• Enter the recipient's first name and last name in the Name and Surname section.
• Enter the recipient's phone number (Recipient Phone) and email (Recipient Email).

• Choose the parcel locker address in the Parcel Shop section. Click on the 🔍 icon to start searching for the parcel locker address. Once you find the specific address, click on it.

• Once all the necessary information is entered, on the right side of the page next to Order Summary, the specific courier service offer will appear.
• To complete the shipment creation, click on the yellow button - Create Label.

Find the nearest parcel locker to the buyer's specified address

If you know the customer's address when processing a shipment, you can search for the nearest parcel lockers to this address. Here's how you can do it:

Next to the heading Ship To, you will find a button labeled Find Nearest Parcel Shop. Click on it.

• Enter the country for delivery in the Country field.
• Enter the recipient's street and house address in the Address 1 field.
• Enter the city in the City field.
• Enter the recipient's postal code in the Postal Code field.
• Enter the recipient's contact information - name and surname (Name and Surname), phone number (Recipient Phone), and email (Recipient Email).

If you want to save the entered address in your address library, check the box at the bottom of the section - Save Recipient Address.

• On the right side of the page, in the Order Summary section, you will find a list of parcel lockers and their distances to the specified address.
• Choose the most suitable option and complete the shipment creation by clicking on the yellow button Create Label.

Maximum shipment parameters for deliveries to parcel lockers

When processing shipments to parcel lockers, it is not necessary to specify shipment parameters because deliveries to parcel lockers on the platform are provided at a fixed price.

Before completing the shipment, make sure your shipment does not exceed the maximum weight and size limits set by the chosen courier service.
