How to Get Support for a Shipment Issue

This article explains how to contact the Swotzy support team when you need help with a shipment or your account.

 

How to Contact Support

You can reach the support team in two ways.

Include as much detail as possible when describing your issue. The more context you provide, the faster the support team can help.

Option 1 — Submit a request through the Help Center

The following forms are available in the Help Center:

  • Support Ticket Form — for shipment and account issues
  • Application for a damaged/lost shipment — for claims related to a shipment that was damaged or lost in transit. Attach a document confirming the value of the shipment
  • Invoice dispute form — for disputing a charge on an invoice
  • Organization and Billing information — for updates to your company registration details or billing information

To submit a Support Ticket Form:

  1. Go to help.swotzy.com
  2. Click Submit a request in the top right corner
  3. Select Support Ticket Form from the dropdown
  4. Fill in the following fields:
    • Subject — a short description of your issue
    • Description — a detailed description of your issue
    • Ticket type — select the category that best matches your issue: Accounting, Delivery, Pickups, Customs, Product, Technical Support, or Other
    • Carrier — select the relevant carrier
    • Tracking number — enter the tracking number of the affected shipment
    • Attachments — attach any relevant files, photos, or screenshots
  5. Click Submit

Option 2 — Email our support team directly

Send your message to support@swotzy.com. If your question is about a specific shipment, include the tracking number in the subject line.

What Happens Next

After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your message has been received and our support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Our support team is available every working day from 9:00 to 17:00.
