Before You Start
Make sure that:
- Your shipment has been handed over to the carrier — tracking events are only registered after handover
- Your carrier service includes tracking — some carrier services do not offer tracking. If no tracking information is available in Swotzy, the carrier does not have it either. Keep this in mind when selecting a carrier service
Tracking Your Shipment in Swotzy
Option 1 — View tracking events in Shipment Overview
- Go to Shipment Overview
- Select the shipment you want to track
- The summary view will open automatically
- See the Tracking section to view tracking events
Option 2 — Use the Swotzy tracking page
- Go to tracking.swotzy.com
- Enter the tracking number for your shipment
- Your tracking events will appear on the page
About Tracking Information
All tracking events displayed in Swotzy are sourced from the carrier's own tracking systems.
For the most up-to-date information, check the tracking page of the carrier you used to send your shipment.
If you used a national post carrier (Latvijas Pasts, Omniva, or Lietuvos Paštas) and are shipping internationally, the most current tracking information may be available on the national post website of the recipient's country. For example, for shipments to the United States, check USPS tracking.
If tracking information has not updated or appears incorrect, contact our support team at support@swotzy.com. We will reach out to the carrier and request a status update.
