How to Download a Shipping Label

Before You Start

Make sure that:

• Your shipment has a Ready status. A shipment receives this status once you have clicked Create Label during shipment creation.

Option 1 — Download a Single Label

1. In Shipment Overview, click the shipment you want to download a label for
2. In the shipment summary panel, click Download Label
3. A PDF preview will open in a separate view
4. Download the label from the PDF view

Option 2 — Download Multiple Labels

1. In Shipment Overview, select the checkboxes on the left side of the screen for each shipment you want to download a label for
2. Click Download Labels at the top of the screen
3. A PDF preview will open in a separate view containing all selected labels
4. Download the labels from the PDF view
