How to add your Fedex contract

Before you start

To link your FedEx contract, make sure you have:

• FedEx Account Number

• The exact company name registered with FedEx

• The registered account address details

• Access to the registered phone number or email address

• (In some cases) A recent FedEx invoice

Step 1: Log in to your Swotzy account

Log in at app.swotzy.com using your Swotzy credentials.

Step 2: Open “Link own contract”

1. In the left-hand menu, click Link own contract.

2. You will be taken to the Carrier Contracts section.

Step 3: Select FedEx

1. Open the carrier dropdown menu.

2. Select FedEx.

The FedEx linking wizard will start.

Step 4: Enter FedEx account information

Complete the required fields:

• Customer Name – exactly as registered with FedEx

• Account Number

• Street Address

• City

• State/Province

• Postal Code

• Country Code

• Optional: Residential Address (if applicable)

Click Continue.

⚠️ Important:
All details must exactly match what FedEx has on file. Even small differences may cause verification to fail.

Step 5: Complete verification

FedEx requires ownership verification. Depending on your account setup, one of the following methods will be used:

Option A: PIN verification (SMS or phone call)

FedEx will send a 6-digit PIN to:

• Your registered phone number (via call or SMS), or

• Your registered email address

Enter the PIN in the provided field and click Verify PIN.

Option B: Invoice verification

If PIN verification is not available, you may be asked to provide details from a recent FedEx invoice:

• Invoice Number

• Invoice Date

• Currency

• Invoice Amount

Click Verify Invoice after entering the details.

Step 6: Confirmation

If verification is successful, you will see:

“FedEx Contract Linked Successfully!”

Your FedEx account is now connected to your Swotzy account.

Step 7 (Optional): Upload company letterhead

You may optionally upload:

• Company letterhead

• Authorized signature

This enables automatic commercial invoice generation for customs shipments.

You can choose:

• Upload Images

• or Skip For Now

Using your FedEx contract

When creating a shipment:

1. Click Create Shipment.

2. Select a FedEx shipping service.

Your FedEx services will display your negotiated contract prices directly in the Swotzy platform.
