This article explains how to cancel a scheduled courier pickup in Swotzy.
Before You Start
Make sure that:
- The pickup appears in Manage Pickups > Active
Steps
- In the left-hand menu, go to Manage Pickups
- Open the Active section
- Find the pickup you want to cancel
- Click the cancel icon on the left hand side of the pickup to cancel the pickup request
If the cancel icon is grey and cannot be clicked, the pickup can only be cancelled by the Swotzy support team. Contact us at support@swotzy.com and include the shipment tracking number in your request.
