How to Cancel a Courier Pickup

Before You Start

Make sure that the pickup appears in Manage Pickups > Scheduled.

Steps

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Manage Pickups
2. Open the Scheduled tab
3. Find the pickup you want to cancel
4. Click Cancel next to the pickup

When you cancel a Latvijas Pasts pickup, a warning appears first. Latvijas Pasts cancels pickups by email and may cancel every pickup at that address for that day, not just this one. Click Cancel pickup to confirm, or Keep pickup to keep it.

To cancel a daily pickup, click Cancel next to it under Daily pickups. It shows Pending until the Swotzy team confirms the cancellation with the carrier.

If Cancel is not available for a pickup, contact us at support@swotzy.com and include the shipment tracking number in your request.
