You can request a courier dispatch for the created shipment in 2 ways:
1. Apply for a courier dispatch in the Shipments section
Visit the Shipments section on the platform.
- Click on the specific shipment for which you want to request a courier dispatch.
💡You can request a courier dispatch only for shipments with the status - Ready.
Select all shipments you want to schedule a pickup for and click on one of them to open the order summary windows.
You can see information for each shipment by clicking the little Next → button on the bottom corner.
Download the labels if you haven't done so.
Click the Schedule a Pickup button.
Add any comments if you have anny for the courier.
Press Schedule to confirm the courier dispatch request.
2. Apply for a courier dispatch in the Manage Pickups section.
Navigate to the platform's section - Manage Pickups, located in the left-hand menu bar.
You will find all the created shipments for which you can request a courier dispatch in the sub-section - Available.
Choose the courier and the shipments for which you want to request a courier dispatch by selecting them on the left side. Once done, click on Schedule Pickup.
Select the address where you want the courier to pick up the shipment.
If necessary, add a comment for the courier.
Choose the day when you want the courier to pick up the shipment by clicking on the yellow button on the left side. Select a specific day on the calendar.
Press Schedule to confirm the courier dispatch request.
Where to find scheduled courier pickups?
You can find scheduled courier pickups in the Manage Pickups section under the sub-section - Active.
💡
In this section, you also have the option to cancel the scheduled courier pickup.
You can cancel the scheduled courier pickup in the Active section by clicking on the 🚫 icon.
