This article explains how to save frequently used recipient addresses to your Library in Swotzy.
Result After Completion
Once saved, your recipient address will be available to be selected directly when creating a shipment, instead of entering it manually each time.
You can save a recipient address in two ways
- Directly in Library > Addresses
- While creating a shipment
Method 1 — Save a recipient address in Library > Addresses
- Log in to your Swotzy account
- In the left-hand menu, click Library
- Select Addresses
- Click + New Recipient
- Select the address type:
- Classic — a standard delivery address
- Parcel shop — a parcel locker or carrier service point
For Classic addresses, fill in the following fields:
- Name and Surname
- Company (optional)
- Address 1
- Address 2 — for apartment or suite numbers (optional)
- Country
- State / Province (optional)
- City
- Postal Code
- Recipient Phone
- Recipient Email
For Parcel shop addresses, fill in the following fields:
- Country
- Carrier
- Parcel Shop
- Name and Surname
- Company (optional)
- Recipient Phone
- Recipient Email
- Click Save
Your recipient address is now saved and available to select when creating a shipment.
Method 2 — Save a recipient address while creating a shipment
- In the Ship To section, enter your recipient details
- Check Save Recipient Address at the bottom of the section
- Continue creating your shipment as normal
Your recipient address is now saved to Library > Addresses and available to select next time you create a shipment.
