How to Check Shipping Prices – Help Center

This article explains how to check carrier rates and estimated shipping prices in Swotzy without creating a full shipment.

Once you follow the steps below, you will be able to:

View available carrier services and estimated rates for your shipment

Before You Start

Make sure that:

You have an active Swotzy account
You are logged in at app.swotzy.com

Step 1 — Open Check Rates

Log in to your Swotzy account
In the left-hand menu, click Check Rates

Step 2 — Enter shipment details

Enter the sender's address in the From field
Enter the recipient's address in the To field
Enter the package dimensions and weight in the Packages section

For a more accurate calculation, enter full addresses manually. Click Fill Manually below the address fields to switch to manual entry.

To calculate the total cost for multiple packages addressed to the same recipient, click Add Additional Package and enter the dimensions and weight for each package.

Step 3 — View carrier rates

Click Calculate to see all available carrier services and their rates.

These rates are estimates. To get the most accurate price, create a shipment and enter the full shipment details. For full instructions, see Creating Shipments.
