How to Save a Product to Your Library

Once saved, your product will be available to select directly when adding product information to a shipment, instead of entering the details manually each time.

You can save a product in two ways

• Directly in Library > Products
• While creating a shipment

Method 1 — Save a product in Library > Products

1. Log in to your Swotzy account
2. In the left-hand menu, click Library
3. Select Products
4. Click + New Item
5. Enter the product name
6. Enter the Price — the commercial value of the product
7. Enter the Weight in kg
8. Select the Country of Origin
9. Enter the HS Code
10. Click Save

Your product is now saved and available to select when adding customs information to a shipment.

To add multiple products at once, click the upload icon on the + New Item button and upload your products in bulk.

Method 2 — Save a product while creating a shipment

1. In the Packages section, click Add Customs Item
2. Enter the following product details:
   • Product name
   • Price — the commercial value of the product
   • Weight in kg
   • Country of Origin
   • HS Code
3. Check Save in Items Library in the bottom-left corner of the window
4. Click Save

Your product is now saved to Library > Products and available to select next time you create a shipment.
