How to Save a Package to Your Library

Once saved, your package will be available to select directly when creating a shipment, instead of entering them manually each time.

You can save a package in two ways

• Directly in Library > Packaging
• While creating a shipment

Method 1 — Save a package in Library > Packaging

1. Log in to your Swotzy account
2. In the left-hand menu, click Library
3. Select Packaging
4. Click + New Packaging
5. Enter a name for the package
6. Enter the package dimensions in cm:
   • Length
   • Width
   • Height
7. Enter the Weight in kg
8. Click Save

Your package is now saved and available to select when creating a shipment.

To add multiple packages at once, click the upload icon on the + New Packaging button and upload your packages in bulk.

Method 2 — Save a package while creating a shipment

1. In the Packages section, enter your package dimensions
2. Click the save icon in the top-right corner of the Packages section
3. Enter a name for the package
4. Click Save

Your package is now saved to Library > Packaging and available to select next time you create a shipment.
