This integration feature automatically updates the status of imported shipments to Fulfilled on the Shopify platform. It also provides the tracking number and a tracking page link to the specific order in your Shopify store.
Where to find this feature on the Swotzy platform
You can find the Fulfill Store Order button by clicking on the specific shipment in the Shipments section of the platform.
This button is available for shipments with the statuses: Ready, Waiting for Pickup, Out for Delivery, and Being Delivered.
What information is sent to the Shopify platform
- Shipments processed on the Swotzy platform with couriers that have direct integration with the Shopify platform (such as FedEx, Latvijas Pasts, DPD, etc.) will have the specific courier’s unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page uploaded to the Shopify platform.
- Shipments processed on the Swotzy platform with couriers that do not have direct integration with the Shopify platform will have the courier’s unique tracking number and a link to the Swotzy tracking page uploaded to Shopify.
