How to integrate Mozello with Swotzy (From the Mozello Platform)

This article explains how to connect your Mozello store to the Swotzy platform from the Mozello platform.

After integration, customer delivery data from your Mozello store will automatically appear in your Swotzy dashboard. This allows you to start managing shipments and use available integration settings in Swotzy.

 

Result After Integration

Once connected:

  • Customer delivery data is automatically imported into Swotzy
  • You can configure automations in Swotzy integration settings
  • You get access to the shipping features available on the Swotzy platform


Before You Start

Make sure that:

  • Your Mozello store is active
  • You have access to your Mozello admin panel
  • You have a Swotzy account, or you are ready to create one

Step 1 — Open the Extras Section in Mozello

  1. Log in to your Mozello account
  2. In your Mozello administration panel, click Extras

This will take you to the section where you can view available apps and integrations.


Step 2 — Open the Swotzy Integration

  1. In the All apps section, find the Swotzy integration
  2. Click the Swotzy app

Click Add to begin the connection process


Step 3 — Approve the Connection

  1. Review the Swotzy Platform Terms of Use and the Swotzy Privacy Policy
  2. Click I agree to continue
  3. You will be redirected to the Swotzy login page

 

Step 4 — Log In or Register on Swotzy

  1. If you do not have a Swotzy account yet, click Sign Up
  2. Choose your preferred registration method and complete registration
  3. If you already have a Swotzy account, click Log In
  4. Sign in to your Swotzy account

After you log in or complete registration, the integration will be completed automatically.


Step 5 — Verify the Integration

  1. Return to your Mozello administration panel
  2. Open the Extras section
  3. Check the Installed apps section
  4. Confirm that the Swotzy app appears there

If the Swotzy app is listed under Installed apps, the connection was successful.

From this point, delivery data from purchases made in your e-store will be automatically imported into Swotzy.
