This integration feature automatically updates the status of imported shipments in Mozello. It also sends the shipment ID and tracking URL from Swotzy directly to the corresponding order in Mozello, allowing for easy order fulfilment.
Where to find this feature on the Swotzy platform
You can find the Fulfill Store Order button by clicking on the specific shipment in the Shipments section of the platform.
This button is available for shipments with the statuses: Ready, Waiting for Pickup, Out for Delivery, and Being Delivered.
After clicking the button, the information will be sent to Mozello for the specific order. The order status will then be automatically updated to "Dispatched," providing confirmation that the item is on its way.
