To automate shipping label generation for courier delivery options in your checkout, adjust the following settings in the Swotzy integration section:
- Set - up the automation of shipment methods.
- Set Default Package Parameter.
- Set Default Product Information.
To set up the necessary settings:
1. Navigate to the Integration Settings section on the Swotzy platform.
- Log in to your Swotzy account at app.swotzy.com.
- Go to the Integrations section in the left menu bar (Integrations > Stores).
- Click the ⚙️ icon next to the integrated store in the upper right corner.
2. Enter the information for your most popular products and commonly used packaging.
Currently, you can only add information for one (most popular) product and package to the platform. If the product or packaging information varies, you can manually make the necessary changes on the platform.
- Enter the HS code (required for international shipments).
- Product Country of origin (required for international shipments).
- Product weight.
- Packaging parameters.
3. Set up your shipping method automation.
Setting up this automation will ensure that the courier service selected in your checkout is properly matched on the Swotzy platform.
- In the Shipping Method Actions section of the integration settings, click the yellow +New Action button.
- In the Method Name field, enter the exact delivery information (as specified in your store's checkout).
- In the Matching Type field, select Exact.
- In the Action Type field, choose Courier Delivery Service.
- Select the appropriate Courier and Service that you want the automation to match to the specific delivery type.
When all the necessary information has been entered, press the yellow button - Save Changes.
