• Delivery in Latvia: next business day (excluding holidays) from 8:00 to 17:00.
• Delivery in Lithuania and Estonia: within 2 business days, excluding national holidays.

Service Features

• All variable surcharges (fuel, seasonal, labor, energy, etc.) are included in the prices listed on the Swotzy platform.
• Compensation can be requested (up to 320 EUR) in case of loss or damage to the shipment.

Recipient Services

• The recipient can track the shipment by entering the shipment number into the courier tracking tool.
• Before delivery, an Omniva courier (for private individuals) contacts the package recipient to agree on a suitable delivery day and time. For business clients, couriers deliver shipments during business hours without prior phone call.
• Shipments are delivered to the recipient based on recipient identification.

• The stated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Return costs for undelivered packages are not included.
