How to quickly compare prices on the platform?

If you need a quick, provisional look at courier service offers to a specific destination without going through all the shipment processing steps, you can get a preliminary price calculation in the platform's section - Check Rates.

• Log in to your app.swotzy.com account and go to the platform section - Check Rates, which you will find in the left-hand menu.

• Enter the sender's and recipient's addresses in the fields labeled From and To respectively.

For a more accurate price calculation, choose the option to enter full addresses manually.

To enter addresses manually, click on Fill manually below the address fields.

• Enter the total dimensions and weight of the shipment.
• If you want to calculate the total shipment cost for multiple packages addressed to the same recipient, choose the option - Add Additional Package (button in the bottom right corner).

• Once the necessary shipment parameters are entered, click on the yellow button - Calculate.

The screen will load all available courier services on the platform, providing a provisional overview of various shipment options.

• Please let us know how you rate the calculated prices by clicking the respective rating option on the right-hand side of the section.
• If you want to create a new shipment directly to the entered address, click on the yellow button + Create Shipment.
