How to compare carrier prices

If you need to quickly check carrier rates to a specific destination without creating a full shipment, you can get a preliminary price calculation in the Check Rates section. 

How to check rates:

1. Log in to your Swotzy account

2. Click on Check Rates in the left-hand menu. 

You're now in the Swotzy's Shipping Rates Calculator.

3. Enter the sender's address in the From field

4. Enter the recipient's address in the To field

5. Add your parcel size and weight

6. Click "Calculate" to see real-time carrier service offers for your shipment.

Click Calculate to see real-time carrier rates for your shipment.

💡 For a more accurate price calculation, choose the option to enter full addresses manually.

To enter addresses manually, click on Fill Manually below the address fields.

• Enter the total dimensions and weight of the shipment.
• If you want to calculate the total shipment cost for multiple packages addressed to the same recipient, choose the option: Add Additional Package.

Once the necessary shipment parameters are entered, click Calculate.

The screen will load all available courier services on the platform, providing a provisional overview of various shipment options.

💡 To get the most accurate rates, create a new shipment to enter full details that could affect your rate calculations.
