How to Schedule a Venipak Courier Pickup

This article explains how to schedule a courier pickup for Venipak shipments in Swotzy. Venipak pickups require additional information about total weight, package count, and pallet count.

 

Result After Completion

Once you've scheduled the pickup:

  • A Venipak courier will collect your shipments from the specified address on the selected date
  • Your pickup will appear in Manage Pickups > Active

Before You Start

Make sure that:

  • Your Venipak shipments are created and labels are generated
  • Each shipment has a status of Ready

Schedule a Venipak Pickup

  1. In the left-hand menu, go to Manage Pickups
  2. Open the Available section
  3. Select the shipment or shipments you want to schedule a pickup for

Shipments are grouped by carrier. You can schedule a single pickup for multiple Venipak shipments at once. However, pallet shipments and package shipments cannot be picked up together — schedule a separate pickup for each type.

  1. Click Schedule a Pickup
  2. Select the address where you want the courier to collect the shipments
  3. Enter the following pickup details:
    • Total weight (kg) — total weight of all shipments in the pickup
    • Packages — number of packages the courier will collect
    • Pallets — number of pallets the courier will collect

If the total weight exceeds 100 kg, a pallet is required. Place your shipments on a pallet before Venipak arrives for the pickup.

  1. Add a comment for the courier if needed
  2. Select your preferred pickup date and time window
  3. Click Schedule to confirm
