How to Schedule a Courier Pickup from a Different Address

Some carriers allow you to update the pickup address when scheduling a courier pickup in Swotzy.

The following carriers do not support a different pickup address: Unisend, LP Express, and Smartposti.

Before You Start

Make sure that:

• Your shipment has been created and a label has been generated
• Your shipment status is Ready

Option A — Schedule from Manage Pickups

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Manage Pickups
2. Open the Available section
3. Select the shipment or shipments you want to schedule a pickup for
4. Click Schedule Pickup
5. Set Choose from Library to No to enter a new address manually
6. Enter the pickup address where the courier should collect the shipment
7. Select your preferred pickup date from the calendar
8. Add a comment for the courier if needed
9. Click Schedule to confirm

Option B — Schedule from Shipment Overview

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Shipment Overview
2. Click on the shipment you want to schedule a pickup for
3. Click Schedule a Pickup
4. Set Choose from Library to No to enter a new address manually
5. Enter the pickup address where the courier should collect the shipment
6. Select your preferred pickup date from the calendar
7. Add a comment for the courier if needed
8. Click Schedule to confirm

How to Verify the Pickup Address

To confirm the courier will arrive at the correct address:

1. Go to Manage Pickups
2. Open the Active section
3. Check that the correct address is listed in the Pickup Address column

If the address is incorrect, cancel the pickup and submit a new request with the correct address.

Save Pickup Addresses for Future Use

If you frequently ship from different addresses, save them in your address library to make scheduling faster.
