Pick-Up Point

This service involves delivery of parcels to one of the Smartpost parcel lockers or points (more than 4,000 receiving points in the Baltics and Finland). All Smartpost parcel lockers are indoors, which is particularly useful for shipments of temperature-sensitive products. During storage, parcels will be kept in warmth and dryness.

Minimum size: b (length × width × height).
Maximum size: Smartpost parcel locker 36 x 60 x 60 cm.
Minimum weight: 0.1 kg
Maximum weight: 25 kg

Key service features

The prices listed on the Swotzy platform include all variable surcharges (fuel, seasonal, labor, energy, etc.).
When arranging a shipment on the Swotzy platform, you can choose the nearest parcel locker to the client's specified address or home address.
In case of shipment loss or damage, compensation is paid (up to €240 per shipment, based on documents proving the value of the shipment contents).
It's possible to receive a delivery confirmation document.

Recipient services

The package recipient can track the shipment by entering the shipment number in the courier tracking tool.
To receive the shipment, the recipient will be sent a unique parcel locker opening code via SMS/email, along with the conditions for receiving the shipment and the storage period.
Most Smartpost locations are available 7 days a week.
Parcel llocker operating hours coincide with the operating hours of the respective location (store, sports club, etc.).
The storage period in the parcel locker is 7 days from receipt of notification and 14 days at the parcel point.

Service limitations

The stated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
The costs of returning shipments (in case of non-delivery of packages) are not included. Return of the shipment is ensured at a cost equivalent to the delivery price of the respective shipment.
