Door Delivery

Door-to-door courier delivery service in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Deliveries are made to both individuals and legal entities (to offices).

Deliveries in Europe

Door Delivery

Parcel deliveries up to 25 kg to all European Union countries (except Croatia) from door to door. The service includes all standard services, including shipment tracking and compensation in case of parcel loss or damage.

Key service features

Swotzy platform includes all variable surcharges (fuel, seasonal, labor, energy, etc.) in the listed prices.
Compensation is provided (up to €480 per shipment) in case of loss or damage, based on documentation proving the value of the shipment contents.
Devices such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and other electronics containing lithium batteries can be shipped.
Upon request, it is possible to receive a delivery confirmation document.

Services for the recipient

Recipients can track their shipments by entering the shipment number into the courier's tracking tool.
Shipments are handed over to recipients upon verifying their identification.
Recipients have the option to choose contactless delivery.

The indicated delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed.
Return costs for undelivered shipments are not included. Return of shipments is provided at a cost equivalent to the delivery price of the respective shipment.
