Door Delivery - Pallet
A pallet delivery service for Euro pallets and half pallets from door to door in the Baltics and Europe. Deliveries are made to both individuals and businesses (to offices).

For European deliveries, Smartpost Itella collaborates with GLS, DHL, and Posti couriers.

Shipments placed on pallets must not exceed the edges of the pallet.
Delivery Speed

In Latvia: 1-3 business days.

In Lithuania and Estonia: 1-3 business days.

Throughout Europe (excluding Croatia): 3-9 business days.
Key Service Features

All variable surcharges (such as fuel, seasonal, labor, energy, etc.) are included in the prices listed on the Swotzy platform.

In case of loss or damage to the shipment, compensation will be paid.

Devices with lithium batteries, such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and other electronics, can be sent.
Recipient Services

The recipient can track the shipment by entering the shipment number into the courier tracking tool.

Shipments are delivered to the recipient based on recipient identification.

Before delivery, the recipient can change the delivery location and time.

The recipient can also choose contactless delivery.
Service Limitations

The indicated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Costs for returning shipments (in cases where packages are undeliverable) are not included. Return of the shipment is provided at a cost corresponding to the delivery price of the respective shipment.
