❓ How to schedule a courier Pickup on Swotzy platform
Delivery Tracking
You can easily track your shipment on the Swotzy Tracking page. Simply click on the specific shipment on the platform to access its tracking link.
Receiving a parcel
- The courier (DPD) will send the recipient a unique parcel locker opening code along with the necessary collection instructions via text message or email.
- The recipient has a set number of days (which may vary depending on the country) to collect the package from the designated locker.
- If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, DPD will return the package to the sender. In such cases, the delivery price of the chosen service will be applied.
24/7 Availability: The parcel lockers can be accessed 24 hours a day.

Compensation Review Process:
The Service Provider must be notified of any externally visible damage or loss at the time of delivery. For damage or loss that is not immediately apparent, written claims must be submitted within seven days of delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays. The claims process includes the following key details:
- Claims must be submitted in writing and must include accurate, complete, and numerical information. Each claim should be properly dated and signed.
- Any loss, damage, or delay must be confirmed by the customer in writing within twenty-one days from the date the package was sent.
- The customer’s right to dispute the Service Provider’s decisions will be forfeited if a claim is not filed within one (1) year from the date of delivery (in the case of damage) or from the scheduled delivery date (in the case of loss, non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or delay).
