Door Delivery

This service provides courier delivery for shipments both within the Baltics and across Europe. The service is specifically designed for delivery to individuals (B2C). Parcel delivery is ensured door-to-door throughout Europe.

Service Features

All variable surcharges (fuel, seasonal, labor, energy, etc.) are included in the prices listed on the Swotzy platform.
Shipments are transported by ground transport to the recipient's country.
Delivery is carried out by courier from door to door.
It is possible to receive a delivery confirmation document upon request.
Compensation is included for damaged or lost shipments: up to 520 EUR per package / 13,000 EUR per shipment.

Recipient Services

The recipient can track the shipment by entering the shipment number into the courier tracking tool.
Prior to delivery, the recipient can change the delivery location and time.
During the delivery of the package, the recipient will receive notifications about the shipment status.

Service Limitations

The stated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Hazardous goods cannot be sent.
Return costs for undelivered packages are not included.
