This article explains how to connect your Etsy store to the Swotzy platform.
After integration, all completed but undelivered Etsy orders will automatically appear in your Swotzy dashboard. This allows you to create shipments without manually entering customer information.
Result After Integration
Once connected:
- Completed but undelivered Etsy orders are automatically imported into Swotzy
- Customer delivery details are transferred automatically
- No manual data entry is required
- You can immediately select a courier service and generate shipping labels
Before You Start
Make sure that:
- Your Etsy store is active
- You have a Swotzy account
If you don’t have a Swotzy account yet, register at app.swotzy.com.

Step 1 — Open the Integrations Section
- Log in to your Swotzy account
- In the left-hand menu, click Integrations
- Select Stores
This will take you to the section where you can connect your e-commerce store.
Step 2 — Connect Etsy
- In the Stores section, click the Etsy logo
- You will be redirected to Etsy
- Log in to your Etsy account
- Click Grant Access to approve the connection
Your Etsy store is now connected to Swotzy.
Step 3 — Verify Order Import
- In Swotzy, go to Shipment Overview
- You will see imported orders from Etsy
- Orders imported from Etsy are marked with the Etsy logo in the Source column. You can also identify them by the added Etsy Order ID.
To process a shipment:
- Open the order
- Add any missing shipment details (if required)
- Select a courier service
- Generate the shipping label
