If the parcel’s destination is the very same locker you’re using, pop that parcel into its own slot so the recipient can grab it right away. Multi-parcel mode won’t work for that one.

Step-by-step guide

1. Create & print a label for every parcel on the Swotzy platform and stick it on the parcel.

🚫 Labels can’t be printed at the locker.

1. At the locker screen, scan each barcode, starting with the largest parcel.

🔓The system opens the biggest compartment first so everything fits smoothly.

3. Place all the scanned parcels in the opened locker. Close the door when you’re done.
   
   

FAQ ❓

Do I really need a separate label for each parcel?
Yes. Even though they share one locker, unique labels let us track every parcel and get each one to the right person.

The last parcel I scanned won’t fit—what now?
Tap “Cancel last parcel” on the screen. The locker forgets that barcode so you can scan it again later in a different slot.

The locker is full but I’ve got more parcels.
Close the locker that is full and open a new one for the rest of the packages.

Can I switch to a bigger compartment mid-process?
Absolutely. Just hit “Choose a larger locker” on the screen and the machine will open a roomier slot.

I’ve lost track of what I’ve scanned. Help!
No worries—select the “Cancel process” button. After cancelling, take out the packages and start from the beginning – scan and place each package into the locker.
