How to mark Mozello orders as fulfilled from Swotzy

This article explains how to update a Mozello order from Swotzy using the Fulfill Store Order button.

When you use this feature, Swotzy sends shipment details to Mozello and updates the order status automatically.

Result After Using Fulfill Store Order

When you click Fulfill Store Order in Swotzy:

  • The shipment information is sent to the matching Mozello order
  • The shipment ID is added to the order
  • The tracking URL is added to the order
  • The order status in Mozello is updated to Dispatched

This helps you complete order fulfillment without updating the order manually in Mozello.


Before You Start

Make sure that:

  • Your Mozello store is connected to Swotzy
  • The order was imported from Mozello into Swotzy
  • The shipment has one of the supported statuses

The Fulfill Store Order button is available only for shipments with these statuses:

  • Ready
  • Waiting for Pickup
  • Out for Delivery
  • Being Delivered

 

Step 1 — Open the Shipment

  1. Log in to your Swotzy account
  2. Go to Shipment Overview
  3. Open the specific shipment you want to update

 

Step 2 — Click Fulfill Store Order

  1. In the shipment view, click Fulfill Store Order
  2. Swotzy will send the shipment details to Mozello for that order

 

Step 3 — Confirm the Order Update in Mozello

After you click the button:

  1. The shipment ID is sent to Mozello
  2. The tracking URL is sent to Mozello
  3. The order status is updated to Dispatched

This confirms that the item is on its way.
