This integration feature automatically updates the status of imported shipments to Completed on the Etsy platform. It also provides the tracking number and a tracking page link to the customer's purchase on Etsy.
Where to find this feature on the Swotzy platform
You can find the Fulfill Store Order button by clicking on the specific shipment in the Shipments section of the platform.
This button is available for shipments with the statuses: Ready, Waiting for Pickup, Out for Delivery, and Being Delivered.
What information is sent to the Shopify platform
- Shipments fulfilled on the Swotzy platform with couriers that are directly integrated with Etsy - like DPD, Latvijas Pasts, FedEx, or UPS - will have the tracking number and a specific courier tracking link sent to Etsy.
- Shipments fulfilled on the Swotzy platform with couriers that do not have direct integration with Etsy will have the courier’s unique tracking number and a link to the Swotzy tracking page sent to Etsy.
