This article explains how to update the primary contact details for your Swotzy account. These details are used to get in touch with your company regarding your account.
Steps
- Go to app.swotzy.com and log in to your account
- In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Billing
- Scroll down to the Contacts section
- Update the relevant fields:
- Primary contact Name and Surname
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Click Save Changes
To update your billing information (company name, registration number, or address), contact our support team at support@swotzy.com.
