This article explains how to add additional users to your Swotzy account and remove them when needed.
Result After Completion
Once you've completed these steps:
- Additional users can log in to your company account and manage shipments
- You can remove users at any time from the same section
Before You Start
Make sure that:
- You are the account owner or have permission to manage users
- You have the email address of the person you want to invite
You can add an unlimited number of users to your company account.
Step 1 — Open Manage Users
- Log in to your Swotzy account
- In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Manage Users
Step 2 — Invite a new user
- Click + New User
- Enter the user's email address
- Click Invite
The invited user will receive an email from support@swotzy.com with a confirmation link.
Step 3 — New user accepts the invitation
- The new user opens the invitation email
- They click Confirm
- They are redirected to Swotzy and prompted to create a password
- After creating a password, the new user can log in at app.swotzy.com using their email address and new password
Once logged in, the new user has the same rights and permissions as the main account holder.
How to Delete a User
- In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Manage Users
- Find the user you want to remove
- Click the trash icon to the right of their name
- Click Yes, Delete to confirm
The user is removed from your company account immediately.
