If you see a notification about a temporary account suspension when logging in, your account has been blocked. This article explains the most common reasons and how to resolve each one.
Delayed Invoice Payment
If an overdue invoice has not been paid after repeated reminders, your account is automatically blocked.
To resolve this, pay the overdue invoice. You can access your invoices directly from the blocked account notification in your account by clicking See Invoices.
Once payment is made, the system will apply it to the unpaid invoice and automatically unblock your account. This may take up to 12 hours.
Incorrect or Incomplete Company Details
Your account may be blocked if the information required to issue invoices is missing or incorrect.
To resolve this, email support@swotzy.com with the following details:
- Your company's official registered name
- Your company registration number
- Your official registered address
Suspicious Shipping Activity
Your account may be blocked if unusual shipping activity is detected.
