The main task of integrating Magento is to remove manual handling of customer addresses when processing new package shipments from your daily routine. After integrating both platforms, all customer purchases made on your website will automatically be sent to our platform. All you need to do is choose the most suitable courier service offer.
Register on the Swotzy platform
If you already have a Swotzy account, you can skip this step.
If you don't have a Swotzy account yet, simply go to app.swotzy.com and register. The platform usage is completely free, and there's no need to sign a contract because we guarantee the lowest shipment prices for all courier services without volume commitments. Registration takes only a few minutes, and immediately after adding your company, you can also connect the Magento integration. Create a new plugin in the Magento administration panel
In the Integrations section, click on the button in the top right corner - Add New Integration.
Fill in the required fields: Integration Name, for example, "Swotzy Integration," and enter a password. Then in the Basic Settings section (on the left side), click on the subsection - API.
In the Resources block, check - View. Further down in the list, also check - All stores and General Section.
Once you have made these three selections, save the changes by clicking Save in the top right corner.
Activate the extension
after saving, navigate to the Integrations section. You'll see a confirmation in a yellow box that the new extension has been successfully saved. Find the Swotzy extension in the list of integrations and click on Activate next to it.
Click on the button (in the top right corner) labeled Allow in the new view.
Copy the generated Access Token and click on the button (in the top right corner) labeled Done.
Save the configuration
Go to the Magento administration panel section Stores -> Configuration.
In the left panel, go to the section Services and click on the subsection -OAuth.
Make sure that under Consumer Settings, you have enabled Allow OAuth Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens to Yes. Once done, click on Save Config in the top right corner.
Connect to your Swotzy account and go to Settings -> Stores. Click on the Magento logo.
Connect both platforms
Log in to your Swotzy account and go to the Integrations section, which you will find in the sidebar menu.
Click on the Magento logo to initiate the connection process.
Enter your company's website address and the Access Token that you previously generated and copied from the Magento admin panel in the Integrations section.
Go to the platform section Shipments, where you will find all imported purchases from your website. You can recognize them by the Magento logo indicated in the Source column. Click on the shipment you want to process, enter the missing information to finalize the package shipment, and generate the shipping label.
