Where to find the settings section on the platform?
Go to app.swotzy.com, log in to your Swotzy account, and navigate to the Integrations section, which you will find in the left menu bar. Click on the ⚙︎ icon of your integrated store, located on the right side.
Clicking on this icon will open the integration settings view, where you can configure the import functions of the integrations you desire.
Product information for international shipments
In the settings, you can enter the required item information for customs for your most popular product. All imported purchases will automatically include the entered product information.

In cases where a different product is imported, you can manually edit the product information.
Halting local shipment imports
If you prefer not to import local shipments (within Latvia), you can mark "Disable domestic shipment import" in the settings.
Calculate total shipment weight based on product weights
Check "Calculate package weight from shipment items" so that when processing a shipment, the total shipment weight is automatically calculated based on the weight of each product unit.

When selecting this setting, note that the packaging weight itself is not included in the calculation, so the final invoice may differ from the calculated amount on the platform.
Default packaging parameters
If shipments mostly use a single size package and/or weight, you can enter these package parameters in the settings.

In cases where an imported shipment requires a different size package or you need to adjust the total weight of the shipment, you can still manually edit the shipment information.
Shipment methods settings
In the shipment methods settings, you can integrate e-commerce delivery options with specific actions on the platform, such as selecting the nearest parcel locker for delivery to the customer's specified address or cancelling imports for in-store pickups.
Nearest parcel locker selection for customer-specified address.
This setting function is intended for deliveries to the nearest parcel locker to the customer's specified address when making a purchase.
For example, if your checkout offers:

Omniva parcel locker (nearest to address)
-
Venipak parcel locker (nearest to address)
When the customer enters their address and selects one of these delivery methods, on the Swotzy platform, it's possible to automatically select the nearest parcel lockers within a 5 km radius of the customer's specified address for the respective brand's parcel locker.
To set this up on the Swotzy platform:

Click on the yellow button labeled + New Action.

Copy the specific shipment method name from your website's checkout section and paste it into the Method name field in the platform settings.

If you want only the closest parcel lockers to be selected for this specific shipping method, choose Matching type - Exact.

In the "Action type" field, select the option Find Closest parcelshop.

Choose the specific courier service provider whose nearest parcel lockers need to be automatically selected.

Press the Add button to save the automation.
Stop importing shipments received in-store.
If your online store offers the option of in-store pickup at one of the stores, define in the settings so that these purchases are not imported into the Swotzy platform.
You can do this as follows:

Click on the yellow button + New Action.

Choose a keyword that is included in all in-store pickup options, for example (if multiple store addresses are listed in the checkout section).

In the Matching Type field, select the option Contains.

In the Action Type field, select the option - Skip Import.

Press the Add button to save the automation.
Shipment methods on your website that contain the specified keyword, such as "store," will no longer be imported into the Swotzy platform.
