How do I pay for my shipments?

We issue invoices for Your shipped orders once a month.

• You'll receive your invoice by the 10th of the following month, sent by our accounting team at accounting@swotzy.com.
• The invoice will include shipments from the previous month that have been billed by the courier.
• Before issuing the invoice, we verify whether the actual shipment weight and/or dimensions have changed.
• Most courier services include all shipments in their invoices that have the first tracking event in the previous month.

Example:

If the shipment label is created on the 30th or 31st, but the actual shipment is handed over in the second half of the day on the 31st, the first tracking event may be on the 1st of the next month (e.g., shipment processed at the courier's sorting center overnight from the 31st to the 1st). In such cases, the shipment costs will be included in the next month's invoice.
