How to Filter and Customize Your Shipment Overview

This article explains how to use the filter bar in Shipment Overview to find shipments, control which columns are visible, and save your preferred view as a reusable layout.

Filter Bar Overview

The filter bar is located at the top of Shipment Overview. It contains five controls:

  • Status — filter shipments by their current status
  • Columns — choose which columns are visible in the shipment table
  • Dates — filter shipments by date or date range
  • Filters — open advanced filters to narrow results by carrier, service, SKU, source, and other fields
  • Layouts — save and apply filter and column combinations as reusable views

To remove all active filters and return to the default view, click Reset.

Status

Use Status to display only shipments with a specific status. Select one or more statuses to narrow the list. Deselect a status to remove it from the filter.

Columns

Use Columns to control which columns appear in the shipment table. Show or hide columns based on the information you need. Changes apply immediately to the table.

Dates

Use Dates to filter shipments by date or date range. Select a predefined range or set custom start and end dates to display only shipments from a specific period.

Filters

Click Filters to open advanced filtering options. These allow you to narrow results by fields such as carrier, service, SKU, and source. Combine multiple filters to find specific shipments.

Layouts

Layouts let you save a combination of filters and column settings as a named view. Use layouts to switch between different views without reconfiguring filters each time.

Saved layouts appear in the Layouts dropdown alongside the other filters and are shared across the entire account. When one team member creates a layout, it becomes available to everyone on the account. Each user can also set their own default layout, so Shipment Overview opens with the right filters and column order already applied.

Save a layout

  1. Set your preferred filters and columns
  2. Open the Layouts dropdown
  3. Click Save current as layout...
  4. Enter a name for the layout

Apply a saved layout

  1. Open the Layouts dropdown
  2. Click the layout name

The layout name replaces Layouts in the filter bar, indicating it is active.

Update a layout

If you change filters or columns while a layout is active, you can save those changes to the existing layout.

  1. Open the Layouts dropdown
  2. Click Update "[layout name]"

Set a layout as default

Set a layout as default to apply it automatically every time you open Shipment Overview.

  1. Open the Layouts dropdown
  2. Click Set "[layout name]" as default

Delete a layout

  1. Open the Layouts dropdown
  2. Click Delete "[layout name]"
