This article explains how to archive, delete, and unarchive shipments in Swotzy.
Before You Start
Shipments with the following statuses cannot be archived: Expired, Being delivered, Out for delivery, Waiting for pick-up.
Shipments in any status can be deleted.
Delete vs Archive
Archive hides a shipment from your main list but keeps all data. Use this for completed shipments you want to keep for records.
Delete permanently removes a shipment and all its data. Use this for duplicates, test shipments, or entries created by mistake.
If you are unsure which to use, archive the shipment. You can always delete it later from the archive.
Step 1 — Open Shipment Overview
- Log in to your Swotzy account at app.swotzy.com
- In the left-hand menu, click Shipment Overview
Step 2 — Select shipments
- Check the box to the left of each shipment you want to archive or delete
- To select all shipments on the page, check the box at the top of the list
Step 3 — Archive or delete
- Click Archive or Delete in the toolbar that appears above the table
- Confirm your action
Archived shipments are hidden from your main list. Deleted shipments are permanently removed from your view.
Deleting a shipment does not cancel any charges. If a shipment has been sent or delivered, you will still be charged for it.
If you delete or archive a shipment with a generated label, the credit used for that label is not returned to your credit limit. The label remains valid and the shipment can still be physically sent out.
How to Unarchive Shipments
- In Shipment Overview, click Show Archived in the top right corner
- Check the box to the left of each shipment you want to unarchive
- Click Unarchive
The shipments are moved back to your main shipment list.
